@NexusBen @GetSpectrum Spectrum usually runs pretty well here at around 400/80. But the last few days have been unbearable. The long drops in service is causing some smart home devices to reset and require setup. #unacceptable

@Ask_Spectrum Thanks for having good tech support on your Community Solutions Business plan. the last two techs have been amazing in trying to resolve my rather odd issue. They knew what a MAC/IP Address was and was willing to hunt down my Ethernet port to find the root cause!

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Easily the worst ISP I have ever had. I highly recommend NOT getting their services. After 3 months of living in Wisconsin, I’ve had to call them once a week to resolve my issue and they still can’t figure it out. Overpriced dog services
