How is it 2021 and @Ask_Spectrum is providing wireless speeds slower than 1994 AOL- Dial Up? Your service is T-R-A-S-HI’ve already spoken with customer service AND have had 2 techs out. Avg Mbps = 4Advertised Speed = 1GB This **** is HORRIBLE.

@brendanfosberry @GetSpectrum So I just plugged in and got 200m down and 20up, which isn't bad, but not close to what I'm paying for. For reference, when I was paying for ultra I was able to get 926down and 39up (paid for 1000d and 40up). IMO spectrum is very good, but sometimes gets big slowdowns

@NexusBen @GetSpectrum Spectrum usually runs pretty well here at around 400/80. But the last few days have been unbearable. The long drops in service is causing some smart home devices to reset and require setup. #unacceptable
